There’s a reason you never hear about geeks being offered spots in the Witness Protection Program: We’d never survive. This little animation from Lore Sjoberg illustrates why. It’s almost worse than someone intentionally getting sci-fi wrong just to torture you, but when you know the person you’re talking to is just a sci-fi idiot, it’s even more painful.
