Forty-two years ago today — Sept. 8, 1966 — the first episode of Star Trek aired on television. Ladies and gentleman, that’s both a Trek and a Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy reference. So, out of the many ways to mark this occasion, we have inexplicably chosen this: A video of two Canadian Trekkie-techies showing off their homebuilt remote-controller glider shaped like the USS Enterprise-D. Enjoy.
